      Our Story

The foundation for the Community Program for  Recovery (CPR), began in 2013 when two recovering men living in transitional housing had an idea to put on a music and art festival to raise funds to assist new residents with needs that their house was unable to provide.

After several years the group expanded and formed the not for profit 501(c)3 entity, Community Program for Recovery. The Serenity Jam” continues as its annual event assisting recovering men and women in transitional housing.
